Quinlan Holohan & Co. founded in 1977 as an independent firm of Chartered Accountants has grown into one of Tipperary’s leading accountancy and taxation advisory firms. The firm comprised of three partners and ten employees operate from offices at 14/15 Summerhill, Nenagh, Co. Tipperary.

Seamus Holohan BComm, FCA
Seamus qualified as a Chartered Accountant having completed his training with KPMG. In partnership with Jerry Quinlan, he established Quinlan Holohan & Co. in 1977. As senior partner he has developed expertise across a wide range of sectors. Seamus has a particular interest in Co-Operatives and Friendly Societies including Credit Unions. He has served on the former Audit Practices Review Committee of the Institute of Chartered Accountants and was engaged by Chartered Accountants Ireland in the compilation of the 2011 “Audit Procedures for Credit Unions”. Seamus leads a team that is committed to working in partnership with family owned farms and businesses.
Anna Kirby FCA
Anna qualified as a Chartered Accountant with John P Greely & Co in 1993 and joined Quinlan Holohan as Audit manager in 1995. She was admitted as a partner to Quinlan Holohan & Co. in 2006 and has considerable experience in practice dealing with a wide variety of clients including Sole Traders, Partnerships and Companies ranging from SMEs to State funded & non-profit organisations to large corporate groups. Over the years she has had extensive dealings with the Revenue Commissioners and financial institutions representing and negotiating for the best interests of clients. Anna has also registered as an Insolvency Practitioner with Chartered Accountants Ireland.
William Lomasney BBS, ACA, CTA
William is a graduate of University of Limerick, a Chartered Accountant and Chartered Tax Advisor. Having trained and worked in Galway with Deacy & Co Associates and DHKN for four years, he joined Deloitte in Limerick in 2007. In 2008 he was promoted to management where he gained considerable experience in the area of audits and corporate planning. He joined Quinlan Holohan in 2010 and was admitted as a partner in 2012. He now heads up Taxation services and provides a dedicated tax planning advisory service incorporating all aspects of business from start-ups to retirement and estate planning projects, with particular emphasis on family run businesses.
William has also developed a company newsletter which seeks to inform and highlight significant changes in tax legislation and accounting standards which may be of relevance to Quinlan Holohan clients.
